What is closing cost?

If you are a buyer always save some money for closing costs, such as: land transfer tax, adjustments, lawyer fees,... In some cases your mortgage provider, offers a cash back bonus to assist in closing cost.

What is free market evaluation?

There are different ways for this evaluation but mainly it's based on the  price of the previously sold homes in the neighbourhood with considerations like upgrades, property tax, square feet and style.

What is the difference between customer and client?

In the case there is no signed agreement between real estate brokerage and buyer or seller, brokerage may provide a service with honesty and fairness which is called "customer service", but when there is a signed agreement, buyer or seller is represented by brokerage as a client.

What is seller or buyer-agancy agreement?

It's a written contract between the seller or buyer and brokerage. The main duties of agent according to this agreement are: good faith and full disclosure,competence, obedience, accounting, confidentiality and loyalty.

What is dual agency?

In some cases one brokerage represents both the buyer and the seller and brokerage is obligated to do the best for both of them.
